At Swanson Wine Tours, your host will customize each tour just for you. Enjoy the Wine Country with a small group of family and friends in the safety and luxury of our beautiful black Suburban limousine. You will see many great boutique and premium wineries, and you can stop and dine at great restaurants or pick up sandwiches at a gourmet deli along the way. Our chauffeured tours ensure you will get the most out of your visit to this spectacular region while also enjoying a great value!

Wine tours typically take place between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm all days of the week. You may choose winery locations in either Napa or Sonoma county, from the Alexander Valley to the Carneros District and everything in between. Your host will pick you up at your hotel and take you to premium boutique wineries, stop for a picnic in the vineyards at midday and return you and your wine “treasures” to your hotel at the end of the tour. Tasting fees and lunch are additional. We are happy to arrange to pick up gourmet picnic provisions for you either prior to your tour or along the way.

Your host, tour director and wine aficionado, Jack Swanson, has lived in the Napa-Sonoma region since 1976 and is familiar with literally hundreds of wineries in both areas. You will enjoy his wealth of knowledge, his personal stories and humor. Jack’s other loves, beside food and wine are his children and fine art. For over 20 years, Jack was the owner of Swanson Art Galleries in San francisco, Sausalito and Carmel. Jack’s fine tuned aesthetic sense makes him the perfect tour guide and host for the discriminating wine buff.
